When will I get my results?
Yes, key metrics from both panels are compatible with Whoop.
After receiving your results: 1. Log in to your Whoop app. 2. Navigate to the Biomarkers section 3. Import the document we provide and check the results
Your data can then be used alongside recovery, strain, and sleep analytics.
Note: This is a manual import; Whoop does not automatically sync lab results. We will provide a clear guide on how to do it when you receive your results. While most results are compatible, Whoop currently accepts approximately 65 markers as a baseline.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Standard Panel: Typically 2-3 business days from sample collection
Premium GP3 Panel: Typically 3-5 business days due to additional markers
How are my samples collected
Blood samples are collected in-clinic by trained staff.
An optional urine sample is included in both panels for urinalysis.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required. Both panels are available directly via our clinic.
Are these panels suitable for people training?
Yes, both panels cover markers relevant to metabolic health, recovery, and performance.
The Complete Panel is particularly suited for those tracking cardiovascular, hormonal, and stress-related metrics.
Are you affiliated with Whoop?
No, we are not an official Whoop partner. However, most of the blood tests in these panels are directly compatible with import into the whoop app.
